With the XpresScreen system you can be on press and printing in just minutes. XpresScreen starts with a mesh screen that is pre-coated with a carbon-sensitive material, unlike traditional screen printing systems that require light sensitive emulsions.

Since laser printers and copy machines use carbon toner, our system allows you to avoid the darkroom. Any original artwork reproduced on a laser printer or copier can be used to create a screen. Our simple and efficient system allows you to have a printed shirt in less than five minutes.

Roll the pre-treated mesh on the XpressScreen frame.	Place the pre-flashed carbon-based artwork on the mesh, and then place both pieces on the XpresScreen Exposure Unit.	Flash the XpresScreen Exposure Unit and the screen is burned.


Check the exposure quality, and flash again for a larger image. Remove the artwork.	Place the prepared screen between the metal stretching frames, and secure the three pieces with XpresScreen tensioning clamps. Tape around the artwork.	Attach the screen to the printing press, and have your ink and squeegee ready to go.
